So when it comes to floral stems in the greenery and floral arena my general rule is find the MOST realistic faux pieces because you’ll be sniffed out real quick for your lack of living plants! But while we are at the low maintenance stage of our florals, I can suggest one living item that is relatively inexpensive and lasts a long time…eucalyptus. The best I’ve found is from Trader Joe’s and I highly recommend checking them out!
Now back on track to our faux adventures…I like to use the faux florals and greenery when creating a centerpiece or filler pieces on a shelf where I can’t get to it to water or discard once they have reached their expiration. Well we all know a GOOD faux can cost a pretty penny but sometimes they are worth the investment since they do last forever. I did create a fun 3-piece faux floral arrangement using ONLY Dollar Tree florals so it can be done inexpensively but you won’t get the same quality. Plain and simple. So we’ve all been anxiously awaiting the new arrival and unboxing of Target’s latest décor items and checking out what this season’s trends are bringing. After several unsuccessful visits, the box boys and gals have finally finished their displays so the shelves were filled with all the yummy goodness.
There are definite fall feels with the Threshold and Hearth and Hand by Magnolia lines. One thing I found in common with both were their amazing faux stems so of course I have to share my faves with all my buds and some inspo photos that go with them! I’ve seen each one of these stems in person and they truly are AH-MAZING!

So there ya have it! The new Target lineup has me feeling all the faux feels in the BEST way! If you have a Target near you and you’re looking for a faux project for this season you gotta go check them out! Hopefully your store will have already done the unboxing of all the goodies by now.
