I’m going to give you one diffusing recipe that is sure to bring fall into your home!

Essential Oils Needed:

  • 3 drops Cinnamon Bark (HERE)
  • 2 drops Nutmeg (HERE)
  • 1 drop Ginger (HERE)

Not only does this blend smell of fallen leaves, pumpkin pie, and hay rides there are many benefits to these oils! Cinnamon Bark creates a warm, comforting and inviting environment for family and guests. Nutmeg has a spicy aroma that energizes and uplifts which helps with those Thanksgiving sleepies! Ginger (like Nutmeg) invigorates and creates a warm, uplifting environment.
