The Fall Essence as Told by Michaels Stores

We are going all in on the fall finds as we quickly approach September…the month I LOVE to start my fall decorating. Bring on the muted colors, beige beauties, and amber everything!  I can’t get over the glow of candles, the scent of pumpkin spice, and the flavors of freshly baked apple pie. I truly feel like fall is the season where all of your senses are tickled. It’s my favorite season of all!

If anyone walks into Michaels they know they have hit the fall threshold with the smell of cinnamon scented pinecones as you enter and the sea of warm colors as you walk through the aisles. You may find me wandering down the floral brick road for quite some time only to take rest stops here and there to visit other crafty sections but I find myself back to the florals every time.

I’ve rounded up some of my favorite fall florals but let me stress that this is not the final list of favorites. I just couldn’t fit it all into one post. That’s how much I love them!

Fall décor is one of those things you either love or hate. I’m not particularly fond of the color orange but amber on the other hand speaks to me. I don’t love words on my pillows but a subtle fall pattern is perfection. I love creams and colors that I can transition into the fall season with ease. Check out some of my favorites below!

I’ve been on a jar/vase kick lately so I would have to say that the amber (although they call it orange) and green vases were among my favorites. I also LOVED the sunflower embossed ceramic vases. It’s a subtle node to the fall season with the sunflower but it’s still neutral enough where it’s not screaming at you.

Have you started to decorate for fall yet? If you have what stores have you found your most favorite finds? And what items can you not live without in this season of gratitude and thanks?

So blessed you’re here and I pray you have a season full of pumpkin scents, warm glows, and fresh pie!

Check our my other fall posts here and here.
